A Revival Prayer

A REVIVAL PRAYER

Put a song in our hearts, of your wonderful love;
Let our lips speak only of Grace;
Help us tell others of Jesus
With the light of His love on our face!

Give us feet that will run at your bidding;
Make our hands always ready to serve;
Give us minds fixed so firmly on heaven,
That nothing can cause us to swerve.

Give us help in each time of temptation,
And deliver from each evil snare,
And cause us always to remember
To start each task with a prayer.

Give us revival of Spirit;
Set our hearts within us on fire;
And please, in spite of our weakness,
Give us souls, we pray, for our hire!
